Lots to do today and I've still not recovered from this damnable cold!
I must go out to the post office. It's now 41 F and I don't look forward to going outside.
I accomplished my goal at the post
office; however, the cold weather—it is now 33 F, feels like 25—really affected
me. I was incredibly ill by the time I returned home. I slept a bit, but
awakened about for hours ago with intense pain in my army-injured
left leg—the worst pain in it in many, many months. I’m also nauseated to the
point that I can’t eat and am having problems breathing. All combined, I have
been considering going to the hospital emergency room. I hope that I don’t have
to do that.
